Tracks

Classes for Church Discipleship

Tracks is a church discipleship series for ministry leaders to lead the people in their community to greater engagement, ownership, and maturity of faith.

In our four-piece program, you’ll find ways to activate your people to share in the mission and vision of your church as you help them in their growing devotion to Jesus.

Track One: The Vision and Mission of the Church (One 3-hour session)

Track Two: Core Discipleship Concepts (Six 1-hour sessions)

Track Three: The Attitudes of Leadership (Nine 90-minute sessions)

Track Four: The Skills of Ministry (Eight 90-minutes sessions + optional book discussion)

This material has been crafted to suit the vision, mission, and culture of Lifeline Church. It is best utilized by customizing the material for your own congregation. Tracks Two, Three, and Four present universal principles that can be applied in virtually any ministry context. Track One should be unique to your own ministry.

We have found it best that each sequential track be presented less like a class and more like a small group. (Track One is most like a class, Track Four is most like a small group).

Each group you move through this process will engage with you and your material differently. The content is meant to be a guide for your discussion rather than information to be taught. Great discipleship depends most of all on great disciples, not great curriculum. That means that who you choose to facilitate the material will make this biggest difference.
